Karaka Bhava Nasha

Nashaya

2)9 house (Don`t tell me here karko bhava nasha.I already explained in such conditions only it works.) 3)1 house 4)3 house And for the moon best house is: 1st house, 4th houses, 9th house and 11 house but best is 4th houses. Moon is our man mind our luck/ laxmi. So moon plays very important in all astrology Indian and western as well. Now, this concept of Karaka-Nasha Bhava, as it is spread, suggests that if a planet is sitting in the house, which it is karaka of, then it destroys the results of that house. Like, if Jupiter is sitting in 2nd house, it will destroy the Family and Wealth or if Venus is in 7th house, it will destroy the relationship aspect of life. Maraka Planet in astrology In simple words, maraka planets are lord of 2nd and 7th house and their lords are called as Markesh. In a horoscope, 8th house rules over the longevity of a person and 8th from 8th house is the 3rd house which also longevity of longevity.

Karaka Bhava Nasha

Karaka Bhava Nasha Saturn

Very often we find, most jyotish writings / experiences warns us against Jupiter in 5th, Venus in 8th or Mars in 7th etc. They say, if core significator planet is placed in the same house (signifying the same as planet), then that specific signification in question suffers.
On Karako Bhava Nasha dictum - My take is little different. Karaka in the same bhava is a vulnerable positioning for natal / transit affliction. If bhava and karaka both are afflicted at the same time, then the respective significations may suffer (provided bhava lord is also helpless at that specific transit / natal positioning). It is more vulnerable, if karaka is at bhava madhya and natal / transit afflictions are close at bhava madhya.
If natal afflictions are not there; and transit afflictions are mitigated by strong bhava lord - then it is sort of bail out package.
It is equally interesting to watch the distinction between slow moving and fast moving afflicting planets. Slow moving being there for longer duration, can be disaster. In case, rahu / ketu are afflicting planets (close to bhava madhya at natal) and conjoined by their dispositors(KCPs) then such afflictions can cause havoc (sort of short circuits).
